We try our best to serve your needs. Our aim is to bring to you the best quality fish that will be great additions to your aquarium. We can't be perfect but we will strive to be. We will do our best to make the customer happy within reason.
Shipping Policy
We will ship for a charge of $35 domestically in the US for overnight service.
Return & Exchange Policy
The return and exchange policy on live fish is only within ten days of arrival of the package to your address. You must document dead, dying, or sick fish with pictures and dates. There will be an online form for you to submit to receive store credit.
Any equipment must be returned within a month with original packaging. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

We will never sell or share our information on customers. We will do our best to ensure a successful and safe transaction with any sales or transactions.
