In case of fish death upon arrival, there will be a credit applied for each fish if proper documentation is provided within a timely manner within two weeks. No refunds will be provided only store credit. Unfortunately, this policy must be created so that customers will be honored while honoring the work of our business. 

Fish insurance:

Insurance for the loss of the fish up to 4 weeks can be purchased for a half of the cost of the fish. This will guarantee that you can receive up to one free fish of the same type in case of loss in your new tank.
